The company was founded in 2004 by Michael Kassan the former president and
Chief Operating Officer of Initiative Media Worldwide and Western International Media (the largest media buying agency at the time with billings of more than $10 billion). In 2009, he brought aboard Wenda Harris Millard, an internet advertising pioneer and a widely-known and respected marketing and media executive, to expand MediaLink’s offerings and influence.
